FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)
Can I return artwork?
I want you to be delighted with your new artwork. If you aren’t 100% satisfied, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your art.
Once we have agreed upon a return, you can return the piece(s) in the original packaging using the same service used to ship to you. You must pay to insure your return for the value of the painting and use a tracking method. I will issue a repayment within 14 days.
Do you ship internationally?
No, I do not currently ship internationally. If you live outside the United States, please contact me using the contact form with the details and the piece(s) that you are interested in and I can let you know if shipping is possible and what the costs might be. The flat fee structure of shipping will not apply to international sales. Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are your expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
What if there is damage in transit?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible (within 7 days) and provide photos of the damaged parts of the piece and the packaging.
When will my art be shipped?
All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days of order receipt via UPS or USPS, depending on your location and the size of shipment. All orders valued at over $300 require a signature at delivery.
NOTE: Occasionally, there may be a need for a delay in fulfillment. If this is the case, I will email you and let you know when you can expect your order.
Can I see more photos or talk to you about a piece of art I am unsure of?
Yes, of course! I am happy to discuss any questions or concerns you may have via email, phone or even a Zoom call. Just go to my “Contact” page and send me a note to get started.
